There’s something so special about celebrating graduation with the people who were part of your life for the past four years — and this Assumption University session was the perfect example of that. As an Assumption University Grad photographer, I am so lucky to be able to celebrate right alongside you as you begin to take your next step!
From the very beginning, this group brought such an incredible energy to their session at Assumption University. The moment they arrived, music was playing, everyone was laughing, and you could instantly feel how close they all were. It didn’t feel posed or forced — it felt like a genuine celebration of everything they had just accomplished together.
One of my favorite details from their session? The matching bags they all carried, gifted by one of the girls’ moms, each reading “She believed she could so she did.” It was such a meaningful touch and perfectly captured this season of their lives — not just the achievement, but the journey it took to get there. Not only that, but it came in handy to hold all of their things as we went from place to place at Assumption.
Even more incredible — four out of the six girls are graduating from nursing school. The dedication, long nights, and commitment that goes into that path is no small thing, and getting to document this milestone for them made the session feel even more meaningful. It was so fun being able to take photos at the nursing building too!
The other two cute girls? One is pursing a career to become a special education teacher and the other is attending MCPHS to become a dental hygenist. Both requiring hard work and dedication!! I know that all six of these girls will be changing lives with their future careers!!
We spent time walking through campus, capturing both classic portraits and more candid, in-between moments — the kind that really tell the story. The laughter, the friendships, the excitement for what’s next… it’s those moments that make these sessions so much more than just photos.
Sessions like this are why I love being a Worcester grad photographer. It’s not just about individual portraits — it’s about capturing the people, the connections, and the memories that defined this chapter.
If you’re graduating from Assumption University and looking for a Worcester MA graduation photographer, group sessions like this are such a fun and meaningful way to celebrate. Whether you’re graduating solo or alongside your closest friends, your session is designed to feel elevated, effortless, and completely true to you.
