As a Worcester State University grad photographer, graduation sessions always mark such a meaningful turning point—but this one felt especially inspiring.
This recent session with a graduate from Worcester State University was all about celebrating not just what she’s accomplished, but where she’s headed next.
After earning her degree, she’s continuing on to pursue her master’s with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her passion is working with children with autism—supporting their growth and making a real impact on families’ lives.
It’s always an honor to photograph graduates stepping into careers that truly matter and this was especially fun because my sister is a BCBA!
We captured a mix of timeless cap-and-gown portraits and more natural, candid moments around campus—highlighting the places that shaped her college experience. Nicole was nervous at first but she had no reason to be as she was a natural model. Literally every single pose looked good on her!!
That balance is what I’m known for as a Worcester State University grad photographer: images that feel polished, but still genuinely you.
If you’re graduating from Worcester State University or another local college, the best time to book your Worcester graduation photos is a few weeks before your ceremony.
This season goes by quickly—but having it documented means you’ll always be able to come back to it. You can read all about the Taryn Pratt Photo College Grad Experience here.

Graduation sessions with friends always hold such a special kind of energy, and this College of the Holy Cross group session was one I’ll never forget.
